VERY IMPORTANT

Claims or Incidents must be reported within 30 days from the date of loss/damage to the Insurer.
Due to this issue, the claims must be reported to Thura Broker Services within the aforementioned time period. Even though you are unsure whether it is a claim, all losses must be reported to Thura Broker Services by telephone, email, or through this Portal.
Report the accident to the SA Police Services within 24 hours if there were no injuries or deaths. Get a police case number.
Never admit that you were at fault during an incident. The insurance company may repudiate your claim on the basis that you admitted that you were at fault.
Always adhere to the legislation! If the tyres of your car have no tread, then your claim will be repudiated; if you do not have a sign saying, "Slippery when wet", your claim will be repudiated; if you drive under the influence; your claim will be repudiated. Just to name a few.
